Description of Transaction:

• Arif Habib Limited (AHL) acted as the Consultant to the Issue and Lead Manager for the OFS of Signature Residency REIT and successfully completed the sale of the sponsors' stake amounting to PKR 115.5 million.
• The offer size was PKR 115.5 million and attracted aggregate demand of PKR 1,091 million, resulting in an oversubscription of approximately 9.5x.
• The units were offered at a fixed price of PKR 14.0 per unit.

About the Issuer:

• Signature Residency REIT is a REIT Scheme managed by Arif Habib Dolmen REIT Management Limited (the "RMC").
• The RMC is responsible for strategic planning, project management, and financial oversight of the REITs under their management in accordance with the applicable REIT Regulations.
• Signature Residency REIT is a listed, closed-end, and Shariah-compliant Developmental REIT.
• The RMC offers investors an opportunity to become Unitholders of Land Parcel COM-102, located in Naya Nazimabad, comprising 104 residential apartments and one retail unit.
